Our two International and Osborne green sand molding machines are the workhorses of the shop. These versatile machines are built for all levels of production and are capable of handling castings weighing up to 100 pounds.
In addition, our 6-station squeezer molding line offers the added versatility of quick setup and fast turnaround of lighter weight castings.
With a fully automated overhead sand supply and high volume pallet lines, orders for 100's or 1000's of green sand castings are made efficiently.
We also offer a diverse line of core making processes with shell, oil sand, and air-set coring capabilities. These processes enable us to offer creative solutions to the most challenging casting design. Our experienced foundry craftsmen routinely produce castings that most other foundries can't or won't attempt. In addition to the unique castings and Design Assistance, we offer Complete Finishing Services such as satin polish, mirror polish, oxidizing, sandblasting, powder coat paint, clear coat and anodizing.
