OEM Sand Casting Services

We have the experience, knowledge, and facilities to produce a wide range of OEM castings for marine, medical equipment, electronics, and appliance manufacturers. We can produce green sand castings with the following specifications:

• Maximum single piece size is 350 pounds
• Pressure testing for air-tight castings
• Single-run items or production runs up to 5,000 pieces

We provide value-added services to OEMs with in-house machining, CNC turning, drilling, and finishing of production pieces.

We work with multiple metals, each of which has its own benefits. OEMs should consider metal qualities when deciding which to choose for parts. Some of our more common metals for OEM castings include:

• Aluminum: With a high strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and multiple finishing options, aluminum is an ideal metal for OEM manufacturing castings. 
• Brass: With an attractive finish, brass can be a good choice for OEMs where appearance matters, such as on decorative trim and door or drawer pulls. 
• Bronze: Bronze has natural corrosion resistance and a hardness similar to anodized aluminum.
